Trump had installed fake electors and he wanted pence to certify the fake electors instead of the real ones. Pence refused so the right stormed the capital. Why would the left be trying to stop pence from installing the legitimate electors that would be putting Biden into the presidency? It seriously doesnt make any sense. Vance, btw, has said that he wouldve certified the fakes like trump wanted.
