Prince Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha was born on 17 June 1937 - just at the end of the school year . To celebrate the birth of the future heir to the throne Tsar Boris III ordered that all students have their grades raised by 1 ( Bulgaria used and uses a numbers based grading system ) . That meant that all who were failing school at the time got a literal Hail Mary , saving them from failing and the kids who were had already excellent grades received a unique ultra high grade .
Is there a correlation between this and the princes later election as prime minister?
