Ive had this done three times. The injection itself is surprisingly painless, but you can feel the pressure of the liquid inside; its very strange. The third time it did hurt, because it was a strong injection; I felt like my leg was going to explode from the inside because of the pressure on the nerve. In the end, I had to have surgery to fix the herniated disc.
