Comes to thread for explanation but there is none. EDIT: The two pages linked by respondees say nothing about racial eugenics or racial purity. They do show that a sterilization program happened but race isnt discussed on either page.
Also, post WW2 Europe, especially Eastern and Central Eastern Europe, expelled and massacred historical German minorities, and also coerced groups like the romani(gypsies) into sterilization.
