Guys I don’t think OP has ever heard of the Katyn massacre, where Stalin did what he was “joking” about doing to the Nazis, just to 22,000 polish military personnel and civilians instead. So therefore he was very much not joking and Churchill knew that because he was well aware of the Katyn massacre.
