In fact pepsi just sold them off to a Norwegian scrap company, which just dismantled the ships and their steel. Not to mention, Pepsi obviously also did not possess the manpower or resources to operate the fleet. So really, it just received a bunch of scrap that would later be sold to a scrap company, in exchange for their products.
